UX / UI

UX (User Experience) is how easily and pleasantly users achieve what they want. UI (User Interface) is how the screen they use looks.

The difference UX is about the flow: how many steps a purchase takes, whether a product is easy to find, whether a form is simple. UI is about the visuals: buttons, colours, typography, layout.

Why it matters for sales A beautiful site with a clumsy flow loses customers. Small improvements to checkout or search often do more than a full redesign.

Our approach We start from what the visitor wants to do and design for mobile first.
